You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account with rtx888. Account holders found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 3–15 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The default wagering multiplier is 30x the bonus amount. Game contribution rates vary: Slots 100%, Sports Betting 50%, Live Casino 10%. Full terms apply to each promotion individually.
Each player is permitted one active rtx888 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided without prior notice.
Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, bonus farming, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. rtx888 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, with or without prior warning.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming regulations under which rtx888 holds its operating license. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction specified in Clause 13 of this document.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and rtx888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the rtx888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must not use the rtx888 platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
Access to and use of the rtx888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
Underage Gambling: rtx888 takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed. All funds, including deposits and any winnings generated, will be forfeited in full. rtx888 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the rtx888 Platform. Registering, operating, or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or household — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts without prior notice. Any Balance held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rtx888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify rtx888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rtx888 customer support. rtx888 may close or suspend an Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases of breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by rtx888 in its sole discretion. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure due to Player request (not breach) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
rtx888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply to individual Accounts depending on verification status and account tier. rtx888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed near-instantly at any hour. Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed at the start of the next banking day. rtx888 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may be caused by the receiving financial institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the rtx888 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A completed KYC verification (Clause 8) is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be approved. rtx888 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request.
rtx888 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, rtx888 will notify the Account Holder as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal obligation to maintain confidentiality.
rtx888 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds credited to an Account:
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds remaining at expiry, along with any winnings generated exclusively from unexpired Bonus Funds, will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
rtx888 maintains sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns that exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, rtx888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account without further liability.
Transparency Commitment: rtx888 publishes all wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and bonus validity periods openly on each promotion page. We do not use misleading percentage figures or hidden conditions to inflate the apparent value of our offers.
rtx888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by the Platform with a valid bet reference number. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during bet placement, rtx888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance.
All sports bets are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the rtx888 sportsbook rules section. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. For BRI Liga 1 fixtures and Timnas Indonesia matches, kick-off times are shown in WIB (UTC+7). For events in other time zones, local kick-off times are shown alongside WIB equivalents.
All casino games available on the rtx888 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to bet placement. rtx888 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rtx888 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

As part of this commitment, all Account Holders are required to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before withdrawal privileges are granted and at any other time rtx888 deems appropriate.

All content available on the rtx888 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of rtx888 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of rtx888.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtx888, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases where rtx888's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, rtx888's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rtx888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the rtx888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, rtx888 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, perform KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting our support team.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rtx888 holds its international gaming operating license. The parties agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a recognized arbitral body in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent rtx888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraud or breach of this Agreement pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
rtx888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, rtx888 will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where an email address is registered, by sending an email to the Account Holder's registered address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing terms) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
